1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 88td ("Company", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "user", "member") who uses the 88td platform (website, mobile site, or app). 88td is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving Bangladesh and other countries.

Definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms are provided below:

• "Account" refers to your personal gaming account created upon registration.

2 Eligibility & Registration Terms

• Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Individuals previously banned by 88td are not permitted to register again.

3 Account Management

Maintaining the security of your 88td account is entirely your responsibility. The following account rules are mandatory:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Personal information on your account must be kept up to date at all times.

If 88td detects unusual or suspicious activity on an account, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend that account pending the outcome of an investigation. Withdrawals may be delayed during this period.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The financial transaction rules on 88td are detailed below. All financial activities are conducted in accordance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made from a Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 1 hour.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

88td offers a range of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.

• Welcome Bonus: New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required to qualify.

• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or commit fraud will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Every game on 88td complies with international RNG (Random Number Generator) certification standards. This means all game outcomes are entirely random and unbiased — no individual or system can predetermine a result.

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on 88td represent long-term averages — they are not guaranteed for any individual session.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, 88td will automatically attempt to save your game state.
• In the event of a technical error or abnormal win in any game, 88td reserves the right to conduct a review.
• For Sports Betting, live match results are determined based on official data from the relevant sports governing body.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

88td is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to enjoy gaming as a source of entertainment — never as a cause of addiction or financial hardship.

• Members can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and wagering limits on their own accounts.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily close your account for a specified period.
• The cooling-off period feature allows you to take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• If 88td identifies signs of problematic behavior (excessive betting, repeated deposits), we may issue a warning to the member.

9 Account Closure

88td reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.

You may also request to close your own account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, unless a legal restriction applies.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Issues arising from technical problems with your own device.
• Losses resulting from sharing your login credentials with another person.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical disruptions or scheduled maintenance.

88td reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email of any significant changes.
